Thanks for joining us at Navigate 2026. These policies apply to every attendee, speaker, sponsor, volunteer, and staff member at the event.

Event Code of Conduct

At Navigate, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and safe experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and venue personnel. By attending this event, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Expected behavior

We expect all participants to:

  • Be respectful and considerate toward others.
  • Engage professionally, even during disagreement.
  • Respect personal boundaries and consent.
  • Help create a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Follow all venue rules, local laws, and staff instructions.
  • Use recording devices, photography, and social media responsibly.

Unacceptable behavior

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind.
  • Unwanted physical contact or sexual attention.
  • Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Recording or photographing individuals after being asked not to.
  • Sustained disruption of talks, workshops, demos, networking events, or online spaces.
  • Inappropriate or sexualized language, imagery, or content.
  • Possession or use of illegal substances.
  • Excessive intoxication that creates safety or disruption concerns.
  • Any conduct that interferes with another attendee’s ability to participate safely and comfortably.

Where it applies

This Code of Conduct applies to all event spaces, including:

  • Conference sessions
  • Workshops
  • Expo halls
  • Networking events
  • Afterparties and social events
  • Online communities, chats, and event platforms associated with the conference

Reporting concerns

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact event staff immediately. You may report concerns:

  • In person to event staff.
  • Via the designated event contact email at growth@browserbase.com.
  • Through venue or security personnel if immediate assistance is required.

All reports will be handled seriously and reviewed promptly.

Enforcement

Event organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including:

  • Verbal warning.
  • Removal from specific event activities.
  • Revocation of event credentials without refund.
  • Removal from the venue.
  • Banning from future events.
  • Contacting venue security or local law enforcement when necessary.

We may take action regarding conduct occurring outside the event itself if it threatens attendee safety or the integrity of the event community.

Event Terms & Conditions

Registration & admission

All registrations are subject to review and approval by event organizers. We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel registrations at our discretion. Badges are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the event organizers.

Event changes

Event details, including speakers, schedule, venue, programming, and experiences, are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control.

Photography & recording

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may occur in event spaces. You grant the event organizers permission to use your likeness in promotional, marketing, archival, and media materials without compensation. If you have concerns regarding photography or recording, please contact event staff.

Assumption of risk

Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. Attendees assume responsibility for personal property, health, and safety while participating in event activities.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers, sponsors, partners, venue operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.

Sponsors, exhibitors, and partners are also expected to comply with the Code of Conduct. Aggressive sales tactics, harassment, or inappropriate promotional behavior may result in removal from the event.
